Head Chef: Matthew Peryer
Originally born in the city of Aberystwyth in west Wales, Matthew has lead a very respectful and interesting career path.
Having fallen into cooking by pure accident to help a friend out in the Mud Dock Cafe, Bristol, Matthew discovered his love and passion for food and cooking, not to mention the start of a lifelong career.
In over 10 years, Matthew has worked in places such as Aqua and Budokan (Bristol) Le Caprice (London) Waterway (London) Ambassador (London) and trained with the top chefs that own and run these venues.
Matthew's no-nonsense approach to food and impeccable attention to detail make for exciting times Goldbrick House and all who dine with us.
It's also worth mentioning that Matt is a utterly lovely chap (and no, it's is not him writing this) as no doubt guests will have noticed when coming to our Fabulous Food Club.
