Meetings at Goldbrick House
We have several flexible rooms, which are available for meetings, presentations, networking or brainstorming. Whatever your requirements may be, our reservation and events managers are on hand to go through your booking from the planning stages right up to the meeting/event itself.
Breakfast Meetings
The Loft provides a bright, sunny, inspirational space for a breakfast meeting, with seating for up to 40 people. In fair weather the adjoining terrace makes a fantastic breakout area.
Delegate rate ‘option 1’ is for a minimum of eight people and is £25 per person. This includes use of the room for up to two hours during the period 07:00 – 11:00 as well as the following:
• Tea/coffee & juices
• Mineral water
• Choice from breakfast menu
• Pastries
• Fresh Fruit
• Projector and screen available
• Flip charts and pens available
Half day meetings
Delegate rate ‘option 2’ is £25 per person and includes use of the room for up to four hours any time between 08:00 – 18:00. Also included are:
• Tea/coffee & juices on arrival
• Mineral water
• Pastries or cakes
• Fresh Fruit
• LCD screen with connector cable
• Flip charts and pens available
• WiFi access
Add-ons include lunch or dinner in the restaurant, a working lunch of a buffet or sandwiches, a Champagne reception or canapés. Prices and menus are available on request.
Full day meetings
Delegate rate ‘option 3’ is £45 per person and includes use of the room for up to nine hours any time between 08:00 – 18:00. Also included are:
• Tea/coffee, pastries & juices on arrival
• Mineral water
• Afternoon tea/ coffee & cakes
• two course set lunch in the restaurant or a working lunch of a finger buffet or a selection of sandwiches
• Fresh Fruit
• LCD screen with connector cable
• Flip charts and pens available
• WiFi access
Add-ons include a Champagne reception or canapés. Prices and menus are available on request.

Summer BBQ Quiz Nights
• Exclusive use of the loft and roof terrace for between 20 and 40 people

Wine Tasting
• Hosted by a charismatic expert from Great Western Wine

• Follow the tasting with a buffet or dinner in the restaurant or private dining room
• Compliment the tasting with canapés or cheeses
Cocktail Training
• Hosted by one of the highly experienced bar team
• Personalised training for up to 20 people
• Choose from 3 different training sessions (Classics, Champagne cocktails, Goldbrick Choice)
• Learn about the history of your chosen drinks and the equipment to make all your parties go with a swing
• Practice making & trying the drinks with your friends and colleagues
